Shipping & Returns
Purchases are shipped USPS priority mail or FedEx, from Columbus, OH. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is on its way. Transit time is generally 2-3 business days for shipping within the United States. If you require expedited shipping, please send us an email immediately upon purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make arrangements for expedited shipping.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days at email@example.com and we'll be happy issue a refund upon receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake in processing your order. All jewelry, sale item or one-of-a-kind artist pieces are not returnable.
If 10 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that you have been refunded. You will be responsible for the necessary shipping costs back to us.
