What shipping carrier does Kottocurio use? When does an order ship?

Kottocurio ships products throughout the United States including Alaska & Hawaii using USPS. Any orders made during regular business hours, usually ship the next business day. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

When is my credit card charged?

We charge your card when the item is shipped. We include a receipt for all of our shipments, so when you receive the package please compare the price with your credit card statement.

What is your return policy?

Most of the products purchased from our store can be returned for a store credit if it is returned or called in 10 days after you receive the package.  All jewelry, sale items or one-of-a-kind artist pieces are not returnable.

What if the package arrives damaged?

Kottocurio packs packages very carefully, but in case of damaged products upon arrival, please claim within 10 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can not be made after 10 days. Please take a photo of the original damaged box so that we can contact our carrier if needed.

Do you offer gift wrap? 

Yes, we can gift wrap! A small fee of $6.00 will be added to the total to cover handling and materials. Please be sure to include gift message when you order the item that is a gift.

Where does Kottocurio get its products?

We work with independent artists, craftsmen and labels from around the world to bring unique items to our online shop. We also travel and source from small boutiques and specialty stores to fill our product offerings.
